These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inaam® mobile application (the “App”), provided by Unified Rewards Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information.
What the app does
The App lets you store and manage loyalty and membership cards on your device, including scanning barcodes, viewing ready-to-scan codes, discovering brands, and sorting your wallet. Your wallet content is stored on your device and protected with industry-standard encryption.
Eligibility & account
No sign-up is required. You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and use the App in accordance with applicable laws.
Licence & acceptable use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on a device you own or control.
You must not:
copy, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code (except to the extent permitted by law);
use the App in a way that interferes with or harms its operation or security;
store unlawful content or infringe third-party rights; or
circumvent technical protections.
Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for:
the accuracy of card details you enter;
securing your device (e.g., screen lock, OS updates);
keeping local backups if you uninstall or change devices.
Third-party brands & IP
All third-party names, logos and trade marks that may appear in the App remain the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for identification to help you recognise cards. Inaam is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those third parties.
App content, design and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. Except for the licence above, no rights are granted.
Privacy
We do not upload your wallet content to our servers. We use analytics and crash reporting to help improve the App (pseudonymous identifiers, usage and crash data). For details, see our Privacy Policy..
Security & on-device storage
The App stores wallet content on your device using industry-standard encryption and OS secure storage. No method is perfect; we take reasonable measures appropriate to the risk.
Deleting your data
You can delete all locally stored wallet data via Settings → Delete All Data, or by uninstalling the App. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Service changes & updates
We may update or change the App (including adding or removing features) at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
Fees & purchases
The App is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, we’ll provide details and any additional terms before you pay.
Third-party services
The App may use third-party services (e.g., analytics and crash reporting) or link to external sites. We’re not responsible for third-party content, terms or policies.
Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Subject to those non-excludable rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or unauthorised access to your device or data. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of re-supply.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational, security or legal reasons. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the App.
Platform terms (Apple/Google)
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to their applicable terms. These platforms are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available in the App or on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Inaam® is a registered trade mark of its owner, used under licence by Unified Rewards Solutions. All other trade marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
